At Paranoid People Live Longer, we stand behind what we make.

Print-on-Demand Products (posters, mugs, stickers)

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

To start a claim, email us through the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Digital Products

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the order cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Time frame

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
